Developing a powerful working relationship comes naturally to some, but if you are like the rest of us, you need help to take the lead to empower your PA so that they can present you, with the highest of professionalism.

We do not claim to improve basic secretarial skills but our package will give you the insight and framework to build a rewarding relationship. You will understand your PA's True Colours and they will understand yours.

• Two Birkman Method on-line questionnaires.
• Two 35 Page Luxury bound personal reports.

• Coaching reports for you and your PA
• Provides 1 hour for you and 1 hour for your Personal Assistant telephone consultation.
• Provides a joint session to understand and develop strategies for ensuring your effective and powerful team effort.
• Provides for up to 4 support phone calls to a maximum of 30 minutes. Additional support is charged out at 85 pence per minute.

Cost

• Minimum of 3 hours of your time and your personal assistants time in the first 4 weeks.
• A three way meeting of 2-3 hours with our Consultant.
• Additionally 1 hour a month with your report will give you exceptional insight and value
