Why engage a coach?

Traditional coaching does not go much beyond a listening ear that reflects your issues back to you, and then prompts you to consider the options to find your own solutions. And there is nothing wrong with that. But a sports coach would also encourage, challenge, provoke and push you. We believe that there is benefit from bringing a little of the sports coach into the work environment.

Our Introduction package.

Includes

• Birkman Method on-line questionnaires.
• Individual 35 Page Luxury bound personal reports.
• Provides 5 to 10 hours of feedback/ coaching.
• The First Consultation provides a 1-hour telephone consultation to take you through your report in detail, answering your questions and ensuring you can start to make real use of the information available. You will be asked to use the time after the first consultation to consider the agenda for developing your coaching program. It is also possible to consider any immediate needs you have.
• The Second Consultation provides a 1-hour telephone consultation to review your profile and your immediate needs. You will also explore in detail, what you need in a coach and  agree the coaching package that is right for you

Allows for 30 minutes additional telephone support. Additional calls beyond this charged at £1.50 per minute.

• Your unique profile (Birkman profiles plot on scale of 100*100 three different ways so finding an identical has a probability of 1: to a very big number.
• Understand how your usual behaviour is different from your needs.
• Discover how your needs are different from each other.
• Discover how you can use this information to enable you to meet others needs enabling them to perform productively.
• Understand the motivational interests, which energise you and your colleague.
• Understand the impact of the differences between you and how you capitalise on these differences.
• A framework for on going personal development.

Cost

• Minimum of 5 hours of your time in the first 4weeks.
• Additionally 1 hour a month with your report will give you exceptional insight and value

Ongoing Coaching

This is dependant upon your needs and can range from 20 minutes a week to monthly sessions, half day intensive 1 to 1 sessions or add-hoc bookable sessions.
