Q:- You make this sound so good what doesn't it do?

A:-  We can't identify your integrity, honesty, loyalty, charm, good looks or how good a sense of humour you have. The report is no measure of skill or success, that still depends on your hard work, but it will tell you where you are best placed to apply the hard work to ensure you are successful.

Q:- Can I get the test done today as I am going on holiday and want to think about it while I am away?

A:- Yes in exceptional circumstances we can turn this around very quickly but we charge a nominal admin fee of £10 for fast processing.

PS . It is not a test. You cannot fail this process!

Q:- How will I know if I have got the questions right or wrong?

A:- There is no right or wrong in this process, just differences. The Birkman report and the consultants are completely non-judgmental in their approach. This is one of its great strengths.

Q:- What happens if I cheat on the test?

A:- It's not a test, and if you are not completely honest in answering the questions, the only person you are cheating on is you.

Q:- What if it shows I am a failure?

A:- This will definitely not show that you are a failure, but it might show where you are putting effort in to things that are counter-productive for you. It will show you where you can best apply your effort to improve your success.

Q:- So I have this information, how am I going to use it?

A:- Like all things, you get nothing for nothing, if you put some effort in to thinking about the insights you gain from this AND change the way you do things as a result, you can achieve remarkable increases in your performance, improved relationships, more satisfying working environment and much more. Q:- Is this just another psychometric test?

A:-  No. While Birkman clearly uses graphical information to illustrate and to help introduce ideas, you remain uniquely YOU. The tool is based  on empirical studies over many years.
