See Your True Colours, was formed in 2004 By Colin Shewry.
Colin had given 25 Years to the NHS and saw the opportunity to make a real difference to individual's lives through coaching and mentoring. Colin had used his own framework for encouraging the personal development of many individuals in both the NHS and in his private life. Colin's ethos is underpinned with a clear non-judgmental approach, rapidly building a trusting relationship forming an informal contract to gently push the individual to encourage change and growth. Each person is an individual and needs, deserves and gets an individual approach.
Through meeting his good friends in Elaura Ltd. another Birkman based consultancy, Colin recognised the power of the Birkman Method® to provide the framework, the insights and perhaps most usefully, the right questions needed to undertake this work full time.
Colin also recognised that you cannot help someone until they recognise that they need help and to this aim has developed a range of advertising channels aimed at scratching where people itch. The first of these was launched in December 2004 called, ineedtochangemyjob.com See our links page. |
